Al-Qaeda magazine publishes best ways to kill Americans

So there’s a magazine being published by an Al-Qaeda faction out of Yemen detailing some of the most affective ways to kill Americans.  One of them is to randomly shoot up a DC restaurant in hopes of killing some government officials.  Another talks about driving a truck through a crowd of people and says that for maximum carnage it is best to drive as fast as possible while still maintaining control of the vehicle.

I have another addition to their list.  But it is not how to kill Americans, it’s how to kill dumb ass Islamists.  Drop bombs on the people spreading this garbage throughout the world.  Be sure to drop big bombs to do maximum damage while maintaining control of the aircraft.
